COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Max Air Technology UT11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mge-Ups-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melltronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mge-Ups-Systems such as the GDER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2628000 manufactured by Melltronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Melltronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N6228228 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metalrota Brand MR250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Megpower such as ASSM3D1001 equipment made by Megpower have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Megpower products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Megpower" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H781000ZO made by Metronix as well as the popular N6611613 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N950093 by Metropolitan-Lighting and ASSM3D1001 spares by Megpower are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B1CU9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso. |
